How to Change Your Entry

If you would like to make a change to your entry, you must fill out the appropriate Change Request Form (see Forms area ) and submit it to the Registration Coordinator.

You will need to submit a check for $45 if you are changing from Individual to Relay Team for the difference in registration fee. No refunds will be given for changing from Relay Team to Individual. Please make checks payable to CAPRI Events.

HOW TO DETERMINE THE CORRECT FORM

Change to Entry Form
Use the Change to Entry form if you are still competing but would like to switch from Individual to Relay Team or Relay Team to Individual.

All changes and transfers must be submitted by July 11, 2008. NO EXCEPTIONS!
